How I plan to teach

I was taught to remain in my seat and raise my hand when I wanted to be called opon. I remember sitting a lot and listening to directions. I never had computer acccess in the classroom. I remember listening to tape recordings with headphones and answering questions based on the recording. Children today are so technology advanced. They take quizzes online rather then listening to tape recorders. They have access to computers and internet. Even their toys are more advanced from when I was growing up. When I become a teacher I plan to allow students to do more with the way that technology is advancing. I plan to incorporate more online assignments for students, have a class website that they can have access to, and hopefully the school will have computers in the classroom that students will have access to during class time. Learning to research the internet is also very important, and I hope to assist students by assigning projects that will allow them to do so!!
